A Jr Coach Course in handbook form!
When we looked for coaching courses for our own Jr Coaches, there was nothing out there! So we went ahead and created this guide for Jr Coaches (age 10+), to teach the art of coaching - and help them build tools for a lifetime. This handbook includes lesson planning frameworks, guidance on finding your leadership style and how to navigate getting to know your participants in a meaningful and interactive way.
This handbook is not sport specific, but coaching specific and focuses on themes of leadership, communication and the role of a coach in any framework.
