A consult is also a great option if you are pregnant/postpartum and are currently involved in an exercise program that you love, but just aren’t sure if you should continue at the intensity/level that it demands. I can help you modify and identify your individual tendencies, postures and breathing patterns so that you can keep doing what you love, in a way that considers your pelvic floor and core as a system, and the longevity of your athleticism. I love teaming up with other trainers/coaches to support you best!

Includes an in-depth (in person or virtual) conversation, education, movement facilitation, tools to use right away and a thorough write up of our discussion, as well as on-going messaging support.

An individual consult is a chance to ask all the questions and talk about your exercise journey and goals. We discuss your exercise history, current and future goals. This is appropriate for women at any age and stage (pre-pregnancy, pregnant, postpartum and beyond). This is an educational conversation where we talk about pelvic and core considerations and symptom management in exercise, along with setting exercise goals and mindset discussion to best serve you.
