Ladies Strength

Basic resistance workouts with a focus on building strength and managing pelvic/core symptoms if applicable. Workouts that complement your daily activity and what you enjoy!

6-week session/$150

This class is both Pregnancy and Postpartum return to exercise specific, pairing an education piece with a workout and applying important information for the stage you are in. Information covered is exercise based and includes pelvic floor and core considerations, common symptoms experienced during pregnancy/postpartum, guidelines for exercising during pregnancy and postpartum and how to “listen to your body” during this stage.

Workouts are strength based and individualized to suit your needs and where you are in pregnancy/postpartum.

These classes will be offered approximately 3x per year.
