What are you signing up for?

A functional strength workout, coached to your current level, ability and comfort zone. This isn’t HIIT style training, and my goal is never to make you so sore you can’t function- I want you moving BETTER as you leave my space.

Featuring a new open- structure frame, you can come anytime within the 1 hour time period to get in your 30 min workout. Kiddos napping? Coming from another meeting? No worries. Come when you can. This way, I can work with you on a more individual level rather than you feeling the group exercise vibe, and your kiddo can finish their nap.

That said, kids are always welcome.

Moving Through Motherhood

If you are Pregnant, Postpartum or want a combo class of education about your core, pelvic floor and symptom management along with strength building workouts - come join me for Moving Through Motherhood!

This is where we bust myths, learn to listen to your body and meet you where you’re at. Babies and kiddos are always welcome (as long as I get to hang out with them too!)

More than 1 year postpartum or just thinking about becoming pregnant? No problem- come join and learn!

These classes will be offered approximately 2x per year.
